Chapter 23:

 Summary

In chapter 23, Jem and Atticus had a discussion with one another.They discussed about Tom Robinson, the Edwells, and the court people. He also asked Atticus why kids his age and women are not allowed in deciding weather the defendant is guilty or innocent. Later Scout had a discussion with Aunt Alexander about Walter Cunningham and that she is going to invite him over and stay over night. Aunt Alexander told Scout no, and said she didn't want her spending time or to be around the Cunninghams. Scout was upset and Jem lead her into his room. They sat there and talked to each other.
